SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed before Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Standard UK delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery or if Express delivery, via Guaranteed Next Day delivery When ordered Monday to Friday before 1pm and two working days if ordered after 1pm.
At busy times, during public holidays, please allow 7-10 days to receive your goods or use Express delivery for urgent deliveries (UK only).

International orders will be sent using Royal Mail standard service and will arrive up to 7 working days After order date.
Europe and Ireland standard delivery £10
Free Europe and Ireland delivery for orders over £120

Orders will be sent to the address given on the order form. We cannot change the item or delivery address once it has been dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.
If your parcel has not arrived, then please do contact us within 28 days of the order. After this time, we are unable to track parcels and issue refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
We know you will love your Tiggy + Bo products but we also understand that sometimes you may no longer require your purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased from our website within 28 days of purchase. Simply send back to the address provided, with the product in the condition you have received it, stating the reason for return (this helps us to understand what we can improve on in the future) and we will refund costs back to you including postage, within 12 working days of our receipt of the product.
Please note, returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labeling included.
Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
If you can include the dispatch note with your return or alternatively a note of your name and order description this will ensure we are able to process your request as quickly as possible.
